The 1941 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship was the 55th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county hurling tournament. The championship ended on 28 September 1941. Limerick were the defending champions, however, they were defeated by Cork in the provincial series. The championship was won by Cork who secured the title following a 5-11 to 0-6 defeat of Dublin in the All-Ireland final. This was their 12th All-Ireland title,
