The Women's road race of the 2020 UCI Road World Championships was a cycling event that took place on 26 September 2020 in Imola, Italy. Annemiek van Vleuten was the defending champion. Anna van der Breggen from the Netherlands became the first rider in 25 years to win both the road race and time trial titles at a single World Championships, after a 40-kilometre (25-mile) solo attack.
