Bernhard Lewkovitch was a Danish composer, educated at the musical conservatories at Paris and København. He worked as an organist and cantor at the Catholic St. Ansgar's Cathedral in Copenhagen. Lewkovitch is most widely recognized for his traditional Catholic influenced choir music.
