Formerly Abby Court, and previously Old Well, is a complex of over 300 residences in North Carolina. Formerly advertised as a complex of “condominiums,” however only a few units, 63 to be exact, are still privately owned. It was purchased in 2013 by an affiliate of Aspen Square Management and underwent extensive renovations along with its new name.
