The Fine Arts Union is an organisation founded by İstanbul artists in 1909. In addition to the Architecture branch other branches were also available. Hassa Architects Association, which means Architects Affiliated with the Palace during the Ottoman Empire, can be considered the first architectural organization of these lands. A union of architects in the modern sense is the Ottoman Engineers and Architects Association, which was founded in 1908 under the leadership of Architect Kemalettin Bey.
