Goolgowi is a small town located in western New South Wales, Australia, around 650 kilometres (400 mi) west of Sydney via the Mid-Western Highway and is the administrative centre of Carrathool Shire. At the 2016 census, Goolgowi had a population of 402. The town water is supplied via a bore and there is a separate non-potable water supply to each household.
