Aphalangy, hemivertebrae and urogenital-intestinal dysgenesis is an extremely rare syndrome, described only in three siblings. It associates hypoplasia or aplasia of phalanges of hands and feet, hemivertebrae and various urogenital and/or intestinal abnormalities.
