text: The Oscar F. Lyons House, on Woodenshoe Rd. in Peoa, Utah, was built around 1875–1880. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is a two-story house which was deemed "a good example of late nineteenth century vernacular architecture in Utah." It was built with "horizontal plank-on-plank wall construction and covered with ship-lap or novelty siding. The house has a common rafter gabled roof and brick gable-end stove chimneys.
